Run Sidd Diagnostics
Clear Sidd Cache and Log Out
1. Run Sidd Diagnostics
Running Diagnostics should always be your first step. It helps identify what is causing the issue.
How to Run Diagnostics
Right-click the mini Sidd icon in the system tray (bottom-right of your Windows taskbar).
Click Troubleshooting > Sidd Diagnostics.
The Sidd Diagnostics window will appear.
Common Diagnostic Results & What They Mean
Connected to Browserlink
Make sure the Sidd extension is installed and enabled.
Only one browser profile should have the extension.
Only one browser should run the extension.
Invalid Case
Ensure you have a valid case open.
Sidd Components Up-to-Date
Update Sidd if an update is available.
User Has Access to Update Components
Update Sidd when prompted.
Performance Optimal
Restart your computer (recommended daily).
Close unused browser tabs.
Valid Configuration
If configuration errors appear, contact support.
If You See an Error Not Listed
Take a screenshot.
Send it to INSUREU2® AI Support for review.
2. Clear Sidd Cache and Log Out
How to Clear Cache
Right-click the mini Sidd icon.
Go to Troubleshooting > Clear Cache & Logout.
After Logging Out
Click Login above Sidd and sign in with your assigned credentials.
