How to Accept Your INSUREU2® AI SSO Invitation
This article explains how to accept your INSUREU2® AI Single Sign-On (SSO) invitation and log in successfully.
Before You Begin
You must receive an INSUREU2® AI invitation email
The invitation is tied to your Microsoft email account
You must be logged into the same Microsoft account the invitation was sent to
You do not create a new INSUREU2® AI password
Step 1: Locate the Invitation Email
Open your email inbox
-
If you do not see the invitation:
Check your Junk or Spam folder
-
If found in Junk:
Right-click the email
Move it to your Inbox
Step 2: Accept the Invitation and Sign In With Microsoft
Open the email titled INSUREU2® AI Invitation
Click Accept Invitation
You will be redirected to the Microsoft login screen

Log in using the Microsoft account associated with the email address the invitation was sent to
If already logged in, Microsoft will automatically continue
Select Accept when prompted
Stay logged into this Microsoft account.
Do not switch accounts during this process.
Step 2a: Approve Microsoft Permissions (Required)
After signing in, a Microsoft permissions pop-up will appear.
Review the permissions requested by insureu2.net
Select Accept
This step is required to allow INSUREU2® AI to authenticate using Microsoft SSO.
Step 3: Download INSUREU2® AI for Windows (If Needed)
If you are on a Windows PC and do not already have the software installed:
You will be taken to the Apps Dashboard
Locate AI Software for Windows
Select AI Software for Windows
The application will begin downloading automatically
Open the file and complete the installation
If the software is already installed, you can skip this step.
Step 6: Log Back In Using INSUREU2® AI SSO
Open SID or the INSUREU2® AI application
Select Log In
Choose INSUREU2 Login

When redirected to Microsoft:
Stay logged into your Microsoft account
Do not switch accounts
Step 7: Confirm Successful Login
Once logged in, confirm you can:
Open SID
Select Transcribe Call
Access Case Notes
If these features load, your SSO setup is complete.
If You See an Error Message
If you see messages such as:
“Administrator has blocked this”
“Contact your administrator”
Login does not complete after Microsoft authentication
Stop the process and contact support.
